This arrived right on time before the weekend so I didn't have to change plans which is a big plus but the most important is that the part was brand new with no defects or damages since that would've been painful and frustrating process to go through. It's been a few days and about 300 miles since I've installed this on my 2009 gx470 and am super happy and appreciate the great job the seller is doing here. It fits perfectly and works great, the dealer wanted to charge me over $2000 for the part and labor and I took care of it with less than $220 so a big thanks to the manufacturer and sellers and please keep up the good job you're doing. This is why I felt responsible to leave a review here to make sure I send my appreciation as well as let other people know that they can get this done themselves fairly easy with some tools and about 4 hours of work. BTW I'll keep this review updated so if you want to come back a couple of months from now and check my updates to see how this works over time with more mileage on it.

Had dealership install this when I had 120K service. No problems or complaints from them. Might as well just replace your radiator at 120K service time given they're going to put in new fluid and flush the system, the low cost for this part, and that 4Runners and Gx470s are known to develop radiator problems after 100K miles. As others pointed out, packaging kindof got banged up in shipping, though thankfully it was double-packed in cardboard and bubble wrap. Seems like they've learned from previous shipping problems with insufficient protection.

Has a cut through the top of it. (*edit- reading online this cut may have been made to aid in expansion due to heat. Decided to install it and try it out.) This is troubling because another customer asked a question saying they had a radiator with a cut in the top of it. Could they be re-selling this same radiator? I know I can't use this because the radiator I am replacing had failed due to pressure that caused the top on bottom rails to bulge outward.

Perfect replacement for the original radiator in my GX470. Everything lined up and fit as it should. My original radiator was leaking at the seam between the core and the drivers side end tank, and the leak was not visible with the plastic shroud in place. Might be good to check this periodically.

Had dealer installed this radiator in my 04 gx470 when doing the timing belt replacement. Dealer installed it(charge me $185 in labor, its less since so many parts are already taken out during T-belt replacement) for me just fine. So far after 500 miles, no problem is seen. This is way better than the $500+(for the part only) dealer charged you for a replacement. Only complaint is the maker should package it better with better protection material. I got mine that has a big hole on the box(from UPS or fedex) but luckily the the part was not damaged. Update: 11/16/21 Radiator still works fine after putting about 20K+miles on it.

Looks fine, fits good, no issues so far been a week. Better not be a problem paid top dollar for it $160+ while amazon sells other brands for this truck for $60. Suppose to be what factory lexus uses but doesn't look exactly like my oem factory one that it replaced. They should pack it better during shipping. The just wrapped it with cardboard on one side then use plastic ties to hold it together.

OEM part fits like a glove. Peace of mind knowing that I am installing original part on my 2008 Lexus GX470. Original radiator started leaking around 103,000 miles. When replacing the timing belt and water pump, decided to also replace this OEM radiator. Both radiators (old & new) look alike.
