We received this freezer and waited 24 hs to plug it in. So far, i loved. After reading a review that someone said was making a lot noise when got it and returned right way, I got so scared when received mine, bc was a lot of noise and my husband and i decided to open it up and was the 2 baskets that come with. It is perfect size, works very well and the noise it doesn’t bother at all. Very low noise. One thing about on mine has s the lid was not completely sealed, being a little bit up, but no air coming out. I think is because the basket.

**UPDATE: The issue has been resolved and I received a new deep freezer (3.5 size) that was delivered very quickly and is in great condition! It's been running for a week now and works very well! There was an amazing team member that reached out and was very adamant about resolving the issue. She consistently communicated with me, provided me with great instructions and overall did an outstanding job at resolving the issues I had before. I'm very grateful for her help! I ordered this online and it arrived sooner than expected. Once it arrived, it was plugged in with the temperature set at -8 degrees. Once it got cold, then the food was placed in there and it was sealed. It literally stopped working about 2 days later and all of my food defrosted so I emptied it out. The temperature was adjusted to -19 degrees (lowest it could go) and sat empty over night to see if it would get cold again. The back of it was cold but not the inside. Flipped out over just to see a huge dent and crack in it with some tape over it as of it was being covered up. I'm so disappointed in this product and the reviews are very misleading. I notified the sellers and they refunded me immediately.

This refrigerator is small and powerful. It provides great cooling and it easy to clean and use. It can fit in small spaces like pantry. It comes with storage shelves and the cuboid deisgn allows for storage of large items easily. It comes with an instruction manual and user guide. I'm glad it did not have any damage as others have stated in their reviews and i feel the packaging was sufficient to withstand carrier abuse.

Small freezer but still more room than the freezer that came with my apartment fridge. Consistently cold. I just loaded it up with fish and they are frozen solid. Easy to move, it's lighter than you would think. Can cram it in a corner.
