Lots of complaints about the tub spout, which is absurdly large (and apparently gets dripped on and spotted). However, I was doing a shower and didn't need the tub spout. Because everyone hates this tub spout so much it's cheaper with it than without it. If you're in my situation, buy it, and throw away the tubspout or donate it. If you're not, you can always find a better tub spout with the same finish. I previously had a brushed nickel set from Delta but wanted to change it to black to match my other hardware. Change out was perfect. My only complaint is that the screw they provided were silver. I’m taking one star off for not providing black screws. Come on, Delta.

At my plumbers request, we buy delta brand shower fixtures for our new bath remodel. I found this “used” set on Amazon for a bit less than a new one so I bought. It was in perfect condition with all the parts needed. It has been the best we’ve ever had. The only thing I’ve found so far that I don’t like is keeping the matte black color clean. We had to buy a cheap tub spout to use the inside because the old one was not threaded and this one is, so after that added expense and a couple trips to a hardware store we got it installed. I guess lesson learned for us. I want all fixtures to match in our renovations but its hard when the old plumbing is done for a specific brand. ... show more

Not the best of quality but plastic should last in the shower. Hopefully chrome finish doesn't peel off. Other brands make out of brass which the finish last longer. I did get a great deal from being a warehouse sale because it was return previously. I couldn't use the spout at the bottom as I had the older install of the water pipe coming out the wall 5 inches. I tried to unscrew the piece inside to see if maybe it could install but it wouldn't unscrew no matter how hard i tried. ... show more
