Bought a new house and needed a hand-held to help clean the shower and my puppy but didn't want to lose the rain shower head. This fits the bill for style. I didn't want to pay a plumber to do it and installation was very easy for this single lady. I needed channel locks to loosen the existing shower head but after that don't use any tools (it will damage the finish and isn't necessary). I removed the water regulator (this voids the warranty btw) and am happy with the water pressure. Pro- tips: * The water regulator is the blue plastic piece in the part that attaches to the main pipe. First, take out the gasket (you'll need it). YouTube shows people removing the regulator with needle nose pliers. I did that and it just broke the bracket pieces. It was easy to poke a hole in the center then I was stuck. I ended up using a wine opener to get it out - insert the corkscrew just under the blue piece and work it out (like you would a cork). * I used plumber tape but it doesn't need to be wrapped all the way up the threds. The shower head will only go a little way then you have exposed plumber tape. ... show more

It’s a quality product and easy to install but the price is quite high just for plastic. Perhaps I am missing something, and this thing lasts 10+ years but the initial cost seems 3 times as much as a worthy competitor. I like the style and quality brand name but feel it’s very overpriced.

I installed the shower head and was immediately disappointed with the water pressure. It was very weak compared the old shower head, which was a similar Delta style. Thankfully, I found a review from Mike. He suggested to removed the little blue restrictor plate from the connector to the main water outlet from the wall. I was seriously thinking about returning this product but Mike’s suggestion worked great. I’ll repeat Mike’s review: with restrictor plate 2/5 on pressure and without the plate 5/5. ... show more

Beautiful looking shower head. The water flow is really low compared to the Delta shower head we had to replace. We will probably remove the restrictor even though it voids the warranty.

After reading through a bunch of reviews on here, we purchased this showerhead when it was on sale for like $120. I didn't realize it didn't come with the arm, but my husband looked at me like I was a moron when I mentioned that, so he knew. It did come in a pretty non-descript, white box, which was odd. I had read about the low pressure, so he removed the regulator before installing. As a result, the pressure is perfect. If we had a large shower, I would definitely want a longer hose. As it stands, this is perfect for our current shower size. I like the different spray options. I use the handheld part when I'm cleaning the shower and it's perfect. We've had it for a couple months now and no issues. I don't know that I'd pay full price for though. We are planning to buy a second one for the other bathroom, once it goes on sale again. Oh, and in regards to installation, the husband says "it went on like butter." ... show more
