While it does take a while (about 5-6 hours), it wasn’t too bad to assemble. Drawers work well. I saw several people say they had difficulty closing the drawers once put together. I didn’t have that problem. Key is to make sure you don’t tighten each bolt down until that section is put together. I love this dresser! It looks great, the quality of the wood is better than I imagined it would be. I was able to put it together myself at almost 34 weeks pregnant with no emotional meltdowns. I got this cute dresser to use as the changing table and to store baby essentials for my baby girl and I love it! It has so much storage space.
