This air conditioning is the best. It keeps my room cool and I can turn the the display off at night so the light doesn’t bother me. The setting I have for it to turn on when I get home is great to. I purchased this unit to replace an emergency 5000 btu. The 5000 fit its requirement, but was not nearly enough. The new 10000 btu seems to work fine no issues so far. I like the app feature. It shows the current temp, the set temp, energy use in KWH, plus many others.

Size: 6,000 BTU WIFI
This unit is as loud or louder than any other window air conditioner I've owned, and I've had a few. Pros: will fit small windows and other air conditioners will not. Offers 6000 BTUs in a unit the same size as a 5000 BTU window air conditioner. While "energy star" claim is an exaggeration, this unit does have an eco setting that could help save on energy costs. Cons: This unit is fairly noisy. In eco mode, the unit keeps cutting on and off sometimes only two seconds apart. You might find this to be annoying, as I did. The remote has no display so you can't really see what temperature you're setting the unit at unless you actually get up and look at the unit. Kind of defeats the purpose of a remote control. Bottom line: I looked at theee 6,000 BTU units on Amazon that would fit my small window. All had the same measurements with prices ranging from $209 to $259. I believe it's the exact same window air conditioner just with different branding. If I had it to do over again I would have saved money and bought the unit for $209. ... show more

    • Great ac in general but you can’t really direct airflow

Great ac works great gets cold fast and gets our small room cooled down in less 5 min you just can’t direct the airflow at all it just seems to go straight out and can get it to slightly go to the left wich kinda sucks

After trial and error, I figured out the WiFI issue. And warning, you'll want to get the Wifi working prior to installing. Press "display" 6 times DOES NOT work. There is a Wifi reset button which you must hold for 5 seconds, get to blink *slowly*. And then things should be as smooth as using a smart lightbulb from there. Now where is this Wifi reset button you ask? It's on the Wifi module, of course. Where is that? Literally INSIDE the AC. You have to open the front then take the entire top off to access it. Pictures are attached. You'll literally be looking at the compression, on top of the main controller is the Wifi stuff you need to fiddle with. It's on the left upper side INSIDE the ac after you get the front and top off. Good luck. Edit: Confirmed works with Google Home, dont use the Della+ app use the SmartHome one then select "Google Assistant" , it'll open Google Home. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love that it has a remote. It works well and has so many settings. I tried to take a video so you can hear that it not terribly loud but for hearing impaired (that's all they hear if they wear hearing aids, IMO). First and foremost, I thought it wasn't going to fit and asked about a return. No questions asked, they accepted. Well too bad! It's mine now! 😄 We really do love it. ... show more
