I have no problem with the product. I also received quickly, no issues there. The only thing is that the bill has not posted to the credit card for 11 days now and I am trying to do all reimbursements before year ends, and before holidays. I am not sure if inefficiency is with Abe Electronics or Amazon. But until now, they have not received payment. maybe they do not want to get paid and it is for free? ;)

This has helped clear up issues I was having issues with a normal docking station and my Dell performance laptop. Great that it comes with all the cables. The dual usb c that go to the laptop is included and connected to the docking station. Makes it easy to connect and disconnect. It would be great if it had another usb A port to support legacy peripherals. But I can always get a c to a adapter, so good with the usb c ports.

I had to buy this to WFH. It certainly seems on the expensive side (maybe because of all the extra cables, which you may or may not need), but it's fairly simple, compact and works well. However, after 6 months, it will often (weekly) drop the connection to one of my external monitors, which requires a complete reset and reconnect of everything for it to come back. Also, one of the TB connections no longer lights up and apparently no longer works (both TB connections work individually, but not both at the same time); whenever I reboot my laptop, it tells me it's not getting enough power. (But battery is fully charged and laptop is working ok.) I hope that's not a sign of a power issue with the unit.

Very nice dock, updated with magnetically held together thunderbolt cablesis a nice improvement from the previous model. Item arrived brand new and included add-on cables from the seller, (2) display port and (1) HDMI. Dock worked perfectly right out of the box. Still decided to update the firmware from Dell which took about five minutes and have been using the dock since with no issues. Highly recommend if you have a power hungry portable, multiple monitors, and/or connect a lot of peripherals.

My work replaced a very old Dell laptop I had been using. They provided one of these docking stations for my work location but not for my home. I wanted to be able to use dual monitors at home too since I telework 50% of the time now. Well worth the cost for the convenience at home. Literally one cable to plug in at either location.
