  • Highly recommend based on quality and versatility
Model name: KM7321W
We got a few of these at work and I liked it so much that I had to get one for my home computer too. The first thing you'll notice, and what really impressed me, is the weight of the keyboard. It feels like you could hit a burglar in the face and it would stop them in their tracks, then you could still finish your expense reports on it. In short, it feels high quality and built to last. And the mouse is pretty good too. It's smooth, ergonomic, and fully customizable. But here's the real kicker: it's super easy to use on multiple devices. It has a USB dongle for your main computer - just plug it in and you're all set. Then it has two Bluetooth slots you can use for other devices. When I used it at work, I had a work computer for my daily tasks, an admin computer for stuff like expense reports, and a gaming computer for when all my work was done. All I had to do to switch to another computer was click a button on the keyboard and a button on the mouse, and boom - instantly connected. Overall, I can't recommend the Dell Premier Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard and Mouse enough. It's the perfect combo of style, functionality, and durability. And hey, if you ever need to defend yourself against a would-be burglar, you'll be glad you have this bad boy by your side. ... show more

  • Perfect Choice
Model name: KM7321W
I reviewed upwards of a dozen potential keyboard/mouse combinations in the $50-$100 range both packaged together and separately. I eventually landed on the Dell KM7321W and couldn’t be happier. First of all, I love the look. It’s clean with no “extras.” The keyboard is very sturdy - much heavier than the plastic Logitech keyboard my employer provides me at the office. They keys have a satisfying amount of click. Not “silent” but quiet enough for me. The pairing process was very quick (<1 minute) to my computer. It took a few tries to pair it with my phone, but no more than 5 minutes. The mouse is nice. No complaints. It fits my hand well - much better than some of the smaller options that come with the lower end keyboard/mouse pairs. The customizable buttons are an awesome feature, though I found myself sticking with the pre programmed functions. ... show more

  • I Love This Keyboard
Model name: KM7321W
I was having what I thought were computer and or internet issues with my work and personal laptop When I realized the issues were the cheap keyboard I had. IE screens refreshing. Taking forever to type. This keyboard is heavy meaning it doesn’t move. The keys feel great and the mouse is awesome. Being able to set this up on up to 3 devices is nice Con: the set up instructions stink. But if you type in the keyboard model there is a u-tube video for the exact model ... show more

  • Run away!
Model name: KM7321W
Do not get this item. It stopped working after the Warranty from Amazon, right after a month. Amazon won't help and Dell says I need a # from Amazon. It's impossible to get a refund, even a partial refund. The mouse is stuck on unit #2 and won't go to 1 or 3 making it impossible as a multi-unit. It's a useless piece of plastic. Thanks, Dell. Thanks Amazon. What a waste of $100! ... show more

  • works great, a few quirks
Model name: KM7321W
I love being able to use a bluetooth/USB wireless keyboard/mouse combo between 2 computers. So far the battery life has been good (which is a huge problem for cheaper models). only cons for me are: F keys require the function key first. so if you are used to pressing things like F5 to refresh a page, its going to require you to press function first. (Update: hot key is available to activate function keys by default). while it supports up to 3 devices, I only use it for 2. So when I toggle between 2 devices I have to press the toggle button enough times to get through the unused slot also. not a huge deal. also didn't see a way to disable the 3rd slot from the software. sometimes acts up if you are gaming. seemed to lock up a few times requring me to start a video game. its only happened 3-4 times in last 30 days but seems to be something with the new keyboard and mouse. ... show more

  • Excellent wireless keyboard/mouse combo
Model name: KM7120W
This is my second keyboard/mouse from Dell. I purchased the same keyboard several years ago and it served me very well. The mouse may look a little flimsy, but it survived MANY HUNDREDS of drops and still functioned without complaint. Eventually the scrolling button quit functioning reliably, so I decided to replace it with the exact same brand and model. I onlly had to replace the keyboard batteries once in several years. The mouse, being frequently used, had to have a new battery every 6-10 months, which seems pretty reasonable. ... show more

  • Works Great Switching Between Linux and Windows
Model name: KM7321W
A few years ago, when I first started using a Linux machine in addition to my Windows machine I had a Logitech wireless keyboard that could switch between the two with a button. It would be irritating sometimes because the bluetooth connection with Linux would time out after just a few seconds and then, after hitting a key, would take another second or two to reestablish the connection. So, if I'm typing something, pause for a few seconds to look up a word or think about the correct phrasing for something, I would then have to go through the reconnection process. I had several instances of forgetting about this and typing most of a sentence before I glanced up and realized that the first half of my sentence was missing. In contrast, this keyboard takes about 30 seconds to timeout and reconnects as soon as you hit a key. At the most I have missed the first letter of a sentence. This makes sense, since Dell makes hardware to run Linux. I also like the short throw of this keyboard, which isn't identical to a Mac keyboard but very similar. It also looks slim and sleek. It's about half the size of my old Logitech keyboard. I'm very happy with this. My only complaint is that I wish there was a way to tell battery strength. ... show more
