This Laptop has been Horrible. I had a blanking issue that Dell fixed, wiping out my hard drive even though I specified for them not too. The performance is horrible. Now Less than 12 month after the screed issue, the laptop is having another problem and doesn't work. I bought the extended warranty and will get it repaired but who wants a laptop that performs poorly and fails every 8-10 month for a different reason. After 6 months of use- screen started to flicker. Now is completely black with purple lines.

I am a fan for dell products but I was so unlucky with this product. First problem I had to change the screen because of white patches. Second, the sound is not working and i have to change the whole motherboard as sound card is built-in. It is out of warranty now 🤢

My fault for buying it as a gift and not setting it up for three months after purchase, but the DVD drive doesn't open and the headphone jack does not work at all. The box was not damaged during shipping.

Pros: Works very well for the price, fantastic display and response time, smooth kayboard feel, backlit, good sound. Cons: Significantly heavy, touchpad is a little clunky. Overall I'm happy with this computer. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a need for a mid-use computer for school or work.
