We were excited at first about the quality for the price. Then we realized that it only worked on the charger. After multiple emails with automatic responses and calls to the service number, we set up a return. They did not send a prepaid label and we could not get an answer on how to get one since it was defective. It wasn’t like we just changed our minds and didn’t want it. I sent it with the paperwork they did provide and paid for the shipping on my own. It was $18. I received my refund approval email today and they added $1 for return shipping. ONE DOLLAR! It was defective and I deserve the remaining $17 for shipping. By far my worst experience with a third party seller on Amazon. I need to pay more attention and make sure I am only ever purchasing from Amazon directly and that the item ships from Amazon and has their return policy. ... show more

It is a chromebook down to what it is: an interactive web browser that can act as a novelty usb storage. According to my research and personally tampering either the device, unlike the advertised 2021 model, it is actually a 2015 model that is 11 years obsolete, to the point that unless you find a niche internet archive, you absolutely cannot open anything that isn’t plain text or a image in a folder. 9/10 because the refurbished model lives up to expectations, but buyers beware, especially the budget conscious ones!
