You can't beat the price point fir what it is. Some will complain about jot being able to upgrade OS but it works fine fir surfing, youtube, and email tasks.

We were excited at first about the quality for the price. Then we realized that it only worked on the charger. After multiple emails with automatic responses and calls to the service number, we set up a return. They did not send a prepaid label and we could not get an answer on how to get one since it was defective. It wasn’t like we just changed our minds and didn’t want it. I sent it with the paperwork they did provide and paid for the shipping on my own. It was $18. I received my refund approval email today and they added $1 for return shipping. ONE DOLLAR! It was defective and I deserve the remaining $17 for shipping. By far my worst experience with a third party seller on Amazon. I need to pay more attention and make sure I am only ever purchasing from Amazon directly and that the item ships from Amazon and has their return policy. ... show more

Not as advertised. Was listed as having 2GBs Ram and it has 4. With this type of result, I might just order several more whether I need them or not. Looks good and I tested everything except the microphone input. Everything works just fine. Very satisfied.
