Installation is a bit easier than typical shower doors. The kit comes with a measuring stick that's drilled to indicate where to put your mounting holes. That's a great feature that eliminates any ambiguity about using a measuring tape. Just place the measuring stick on the wall, mark the locations of the holes, and drill there. This is great. Before drilling anything, you should lay out your door bottom guides on the shower curb to get things aligned vertically where you want. If you were to follow the instructions, you'll install the rolling track before the sill guides, and you might discover that the guides don't land quite in the center of the shower curb. Just lay things out first to confirm that everything aligns as you want. The track and rolling hardware is sturdy and quiet. These are the smoothest and quietest door rollers that I've ever installed. They're not cheap or flimsy -- they're machined out of solid stainless steel, and fitted with ball bearings and rubber shock isolators. They're easily adjustable so you can precisely align each door to the wall. I'll post a few photos of the track and hardware so you can see how beefy it is. Hint: You'll need a good metal saw to cut the track. The doors come with flexible sealing strips, but they're not really needed if your tile is smooth and flat and the doors are aligned to the tile. There won't be a big enough gap for water to slip through. My only complaint is the finish of the hardware. I ordered the aluminum/stainless model, and the hardware pieces have three different finishes. The track is extruded aluminum with a matte finish, the wheels are brushed stainless steel, and the handles are chrome. It's not a great look to have three different finishes, and it's not correctly explained on the ordering page, so that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

The media could not be loaded. Compared to some custom designed one (which would have cost 3x) I took a chance on this. Bought two of them and installed one so far. Installation was relatively easy; toughest part was drilling holes through tiles (I used diamond tip drill bits to avoid cracking the tile) and just because of shear weight carrying the door upstairs. Took a shower this morning and no issues Total time spend installation (I'm not a professional - but pretty handy) - 4 hours. Saved $400 Installed the second one; with the experience from the first one took less than two hours and had to make one little adjustments.

Directions don't include what size drill to use on tile. However finished product looks great. FYI I used a 5/16 masonry drill on my tile and I purchased some screws and anchors that worked well. The directions said 6*40 screw but I think it was smaller than that.

I just redid our master bath and needed new shower door. Quotes from shower door installers came in around $2000. for a 48" sliding door. I knew I could do installation myself. Biggest problem was I had to cut down overhead Aluminum extrusion by 1.5" to fit. Tried hacksaw which if you have a lot of time would work but found a friend with carbide chop saw who cut it to size. Lower bracket was easy with Hack saw. Also had our tile guy drill the two holes in porcelin tile, measuring bracket was really useful. Overall the installation was pretty easy, hardest part was getting bottom guide block centered and square. Instead of drilling holes for this I super glued to tile. Will see how this lasts but a lot easier. Will need two people to move the glass doors as they are heavy but once up its easy for one person to remove and rehang. Looks beautiful and works great. I did 3d print a small handle for inside glass and put it on outside so its easy to move inner door when outside the shower

Just finished installing it. Very happy with quality. Quality exceeds my expectations. The install manual leaves a lot to be desired. Just not enough detail but just enough so that I could fill in the blanks. Now this would be 5 stars except the packaging is not sufficient for the weight of the contents. It's so heavy maybe two boxes would work better. The box was very beat up and the extrusion rail the glass rolls on was pressed together on one end and the glass was chipped in some of the corners. I am surprised the glass was not cracked. I was able to expand the rail back close to original specs but getting the cover piece to slide in was a bear. I will have to live with the glass corners. I should have unboxed it right away and inspected the parts.
