I bought this after purchasing and returning another buffer/polisher because it was too heavy! I refinish furniture and this polisher is great! It’s not too heavy, it’s not too expensive and it has multiple heads and speeds. It doesn’t get hot even when I use it for a while. I’m just starting to polish painted high gloss furniture (painted with urethane high gloss paint) and I can achieve a mirror like finish. Very happy with this item! ... show more

1), Very noisy. i am working in open garage and my wife, almost 200 feet away, in her bedroom, can hear the noise. Loud and loude machine 2). Button is stiff. You have to work as hard with the button to move it forward or backwar as the machine itself. I could not move it while on the car, so I had to lift it to stop, and sure enough, white polish sprinke everywhere. Terribel button 3). If you put little pressure on the machine to remove the dirt or scratches well, it feels like the pad is not rotating at all. I can still hear the sound, but I feel like the pad is stationey. All in all not happy. I just used it on the hood, I will give it one or two more tries, and may be return it within the 30 days return period. ... show more
