i am a very avid collector , wearer, and researcher of fragrances for almost my entire life - one fragrance product I had never tried was a fragrance meant for hair. I choose Peyton ( and I have to say I was thrilled to have this product offered , and received ) because of the notes of spice, cocoa, and orange blossom as I believe it to coordinate , or add extra interest layered with quite a few of my perfumes. Well, I was correct ... but on it`s own, Peyton is a classic , oriental, exotic scent. In my opinion , and experience with Peyton, clove and cocoa comes on immediately and strong , which I do not mind. The freshness white floral orange blossom appearing, a softness and slight powder of mimosa. Peyton does not dominate over my other scents. It does lends a subtle, finishing layer that otherwise I would have sprayed a fine small cloud over my head of a perfume. I found it works well , if I may drop names , of Coco ( original flanker ) , Dune, any honey or vanilla heavy, spice based, or even a fruity citrus, strawberry, and raspberry laden . Peyton also played well with, and did not change effects of my hair products , did not lead to clashing of product scents, did not weigh down my fine hair. No residue. The longevity, though trail is close, is all day. My husband even commented in the evening of my hair smelling beautiful. I plan to try as an after shower body mist , and also mist damp hair . Impressed with DefineMe Peyton . Am looking forward to other DefineMe scents.

I'll be honest; I'm pretty much a wash-and-go type when it comes to my hair...I rarely use mousse, gel, hairspray, or heat styling. But DefineMe "Clara" Hair Fragrance Mist has quickly become a go-to product when I want to add a little more polish to my usual no-fuss, air-dry bob (or ponytail) without weighing down my fine, thin hair. I originally ordered this thinking that I'd use it on occasions when I'm running late and don't have time to wash my hair, or when I'm out walking in our urban neighborhood and my hair picks up a distinct metallic odor (exhaust and/or ozone?). But this has proved to be much more than a mere "hair fragrance"; it not only adds scent, but also shine and smoothness. I have very fine, wispy hair that is prone to flyaways, and this mist adds a light touch of polish without the stickiness/crunchiness of hairspray or the greasy look of hair oil or leave-in conditioners. It won't keep hair in place as well as something with stronger hold, but it does help tame my usual corona of frizzy flyaways. DefineMe's "Clara" is a light floral/botanical fragrance that smells fresh rather than cloying and flowery. There's a slight undertone that reminds me of hairspray (presumably from the "anti-frizz" ingredients); so while it smells good on hair, I wouldn't spray it on skin in lieu of perfume/cologne. The slender 2-oz. spray mist tucks easily into a handbag for touch-ups on the go. Overall, I have to say that DefineMe "Clara" Hair Fragrance Mist has exceeded my expectations. It not only performs well as a fragrance, shine-booster, and frizz-tamer, but it's also cruelty-free/vegan; phthalate-, paraben-, and silicone-free, and made in the USA. Very happy with this product!
