This sink is huge and it looks beautiful. However, it is driving me crazy because the bottom is flat rather than slightly sloped toward the drain hole. When I try to spray it clean, the food seems to sit in the bottom rather than flowing down the drain.

My husband and I were looking for a new undermount kitchen sink, when I came across this one made by the DEER VALLEY Store and thought that based on the product description and visuals, I would try this one out. Anxious to receive it- finally arrived and now that I've had this installed- I can definitely attest that this was designed by someone who is an expert in this field- the sink is deep and well constructed. The material is of premium grade. The size that I opted for 25" x 19" and that worked quite well with the installation. Just be sure to get exact measurements prior to ordering. Here are some features that stood out to me, leading me to choose this one over other similar ones on the market. *Simple upkeep *Quiet has sound "absorbing" properties - I find that this is a superb feature with this sink *Efficient drainage- works as it should *Undermount sink *Dimensions for your reference: 25"D x 18.98"W x 12.24"H *Finish type: polished *Shape: rectangular All in all, I find that the engineer who created this sink did a great job. The sink is very sleek and modern looking. My food prep has gone so much smoother due to this great design. The composite granite material is impressive. The rich black hue is vibrant. It truly is sound absorbing compared to my old stainless steel sink no more clanking dishes or loud water splashes. It is thoughtfully engineered and makes it so the sloped bottom ensures that water drains quickly . It's ensured we don't have standing water and has helped keep the sink clean.

I really like this sink - I like the look and feel of the material and find it to be really durable but natural feeling! I like the accessories and how they increase the function of the sink and sort of make it feel like you have more counter space. It's also SUPER deep which is great if that's what you're looking for, but can mean you have to alter your pipes or forego a garbage disposal. I think the price is awesome for the quality! DeerValley is a great brand and we've used several other products of theirs in various projects.
