This treadmill was easy to assemble. It practically came all assembled except the phone holder. It's really plug-and-go if you want. I purchased this to enhance my in-home workout since I have a remote job especially for the days I cannot hit the gym. Practical for apartment life and easy enough to maneuver. I also really like the PitPat app that comes with it where you can compete with the world. It keeps me motivated and entertained while I am riding it. With the arm extended it can go up to 7.5 miles, and although it is a great safety feature, I wish that it would function without the safety magnet attachment which is not required if the arm is not extended. ... show more

First let me start by saying, customer service is amazing and I haven’t even had a problem with it. They reach out to you prior to your delivery and explain things about the item. I’ve only had it for a few days, but so far I love it! It was a great purchase. I have it set up in my office and use it while working and it’s perfect. It’s quiet, it’s small enough to not take over the room. The picture says it all, it fits right in. I can’t wait to enjoy many walks. I bought this treadmill to do a light cardio at home. This product is very convenient to have at home/office, it does not take much of the space indeed it could be folded and stored aside. The treadmill is really simple to install, it’s pretty much pre-installed only thing need to do is put the pad for the phone/tablet. I found it really steady while running on it at speed 6, I haven’t tried any above 6 yet. Most of the time me and my wife only do the range 2.5-4.0 for a 30 minutes light cardio. Surprisingly my wife love the treadmill since she could do a light jogging while doing other thing such as watching her drama. The treadmill is light weight and easy to move around, my wife sometimes move the treadmill under her desk doing some work while doing a light jogging. As it says, any exercise it’s better than none and my wife has been on its for a number of time a week since we got it. Definitely a great product to have when you do work from home/hybrid for a light cardio and keep busy and active at same time. ... show more

I wanted something simple for a small space. I wanted something where I could begin walking since I am so out of shape and have gained weight since the height of the pandemic left us all indoors. This product changes all of that It fits perfectly under my standing desk, and still allows me to work while I am walking on it. I love the grip handle that can hold your phone or tablet in place while you use the treadmill. The treadmill is also easy to move using the wheels, and it is easy to store. I am 100% working from home and need to sit in front of the computer 40+ hours every week. I can jog outside during the summer, but not the coming winter. This treadmill helps a lot for me to have some light physical activities during work. It is super easy to set-up, light weighted, and I can fold it easily and put it anywhere, it really does not take much space. It is quite enough for me to take phone calls under the speed 7MPH. It is a little bit noisy at the very beginning, but adding lubricant helps make it quiet. You even get a spare button battery for the controller. We like the appearance, sturdy, quality construction and feature. We did not like the manual instructions and diagram for installation steps. Step 07, diagram 04 is was confusing on how to tighten the quick-release wrench to hold or lock the column. The little metal tool diagram imposed on the treadmill picture made it confusing as if you needed the tool to tighten. The diagram and language used for tightening the column should be changed since you only need to hand turn the so called quick release wrench by hand by lifting and turning the latches one turn.. Better to use a better name for the black latches on either side of the column instead of calling them wrench. I called customer support to send me a video on installation and how to tighten the wrench. Support emailed an email and video that showed how to tighten. They solved my problem ... show more
