I was massively disheartened when I was looking at all the brick and motar stores like Wal-Mart and Target and saw that all they sell is absolute crap RC cars that have digital throttle and even steering controls with absolutely no power or speed. Yet you could pay well over $50 for these pieces of junk. I grew up in the days of Tyco and Nikko RC cars. No, they were not hobby cars but they were relatively fast and powerful for the money. I thought those days were gone until my son asked me for an absolute piece of crap RC car that is controlled by hand motions. I was then determined to find a good RC car for my son. I ended up running across DEERC cars here on Amazon and looked a few of them up on You Tube. I ordered it and gave it to my son for his birthday. We took it out and he thought it was cool and played with it like twice. While he was gone I took out for a full spin and I absolutely love it! It's better than my Nikko Turbo Hopper that I had back in the day! If you are looking for a RC car for your kid or even yourself that isn't Walmart junk but also isn't a $200+ hobby car, this is it! It has full analog throttle and steering, great speed and power to effortlessly go through dirt and grass, and even has a steering centering calibration knob right on the controller along with a top speed adjustment knob to limit the car's speed if your kid can't quit handle it yet. I love this thing so much that I won't even be upset if my son never touches it again, because I'll happily play with it!

Only used few times so far but it's a pretty decent car..fast for the price. Batteries don't last aslong as they say,which most don't..but it does come with 2 batteries. Bought for my 8yr old son.. perfect to start with. Has feature to adjust speed so they can learn to drive before turning it up to full speed. Worth the buy

My son has been having fun with a smaller DeeRC car so I decided to get this one for myself so we could play together. He loves spending the time together with these cars so much! My wife wanted to get in on the action so I had to get another for her as well! One minor issue that I have experienced is that one of the turn stops on the controller knob broke. Their customer service has been great to resolve the problem though!

First RC truck I purchased on Amazon and let me tell you this truck is a MONSTER what ever you throw at it this truck, it's gonna tear it right up and ask for more. Power is there.. the setup of this truck is good and I ran it for 2 hours straight making sure I had my batteries charged up and I put it thru some test to see how well it would hold up and let me tell you I was surprised in a good way, I jumped it off a picnic table and landed hard on it's back and it got half ran over and got wet and it still powers on and does it's thing! This truck will not die. So I will deff purchase another one. 5 stars. 2 batteries s solid control and servo, responds like a charm. It connects right away to the truck when controller turns on.

Very sturdy, well built car except for 2 minor problems, it will be running along and just quit, can't turn it off, have to disconnect the battery, reconnect the battery and it runs fine for a period of time. The other item is that it just takes off, turning off the remote doesn't stop it, need to physically remove the battery cable, reconnect the battery cable and it will work for a while again. Some days it does not fail, others it fails frequently, I am leaving the original problem review, but the customer service was great and they replaced the car with a brand new one.

I got this for our son and he loved it . Between the fast top speed and the long distance remote it’s a great first RC trucks . Blows everything out of the water you can buy in store ! Only downside and it’s not even a downside but definately follow the age recommendations as if your child is younger it might not be the toy for them with all the small parts ! Comes with two batteries and they last much longer than expected , my son turns it off before it dies most ties! GREAT RC TRUCK!
