I love this sink, the price is great, the material is super, I highly recommend it locally, it cost me 800dlls and here I got it for a better price, I was afraid it would arrive damaged but it arrived intact, it has two views.

DV had some internal communication issues that prevented them from getting back to me initially after a couple of emails and phone calls. I initially gave them one star for this, but once they got back to me and resolved it within a matter of days, I commended them for going above and beyond to make it right. Queenie kept in constant contact from that point on and the replacement sink was in perfect condition. I told her their supplier’s QC department caused both of us unnecessary time and trouble and they are addressing it with them.

I can’t say enough about the customer service with this company. First, let me say to be sure to check the weight on this. It is a heavy sink. I ordered this sink for a new home build. It installed nicely. I recently visited my son who had a drain rack In his sink and I did not receive one for mine. So, I decided to order one and opened the listing to get the proper measurements. The listing states it comes with a rack. So, I notified the company that I did not receive the rack. They immediately sent an email with a tracking number for one that had been shipped to me. They followed up to let me know that when I ordered my sink the rack was not included, but they were sending me one anyway. I offered to pay for it and they refused. Excellent communication and excellent service from this company. I love the look of the sink. The rack arrived via FedEx within a few days. They went above and beyond. A+++

This is a high-quality great looking sink. My only issue with it is how heavy it is. We had to build a shelf under it in the cabinet just to support the weight. Also make sure that your kitchen cabinets will except this type of sink. We had to do heavy modifications to make it work. It looks great though!

This sink is beautiful! It arrived undamaged, and looks as good as it does in the pics. Because all sides are finished to a nice appearance, the ceramic is thick all around, and it is quite heavy. The "rinse grid" is really nice to have, as it reduces the chance of breaking dishes in the sink. I also really like the addition of the large strainer drain with its little basket.
