The boots showed up and when I unboxed they looked great! Polished, not a blemish. They're lightweight and comfortable. I ordered a 9.5 but honestly they felt a half size larger. Also the ankle support is very wide. Maybe I was sent wrong size(9.5 wide)?

I really like these boots, I've gotten a lot of compliments wearing them in a business casual office work setting however I cannot find a belt that matches the same color or this particular shade of brown. I have belts that match other pairs of shoes, but even searching for a new belt, I have yet to find one that matches these boots. That's my only gripe about these. I haven't had them long enough to speak regarding durability. The insole is almost like a memory foam style padding which is very comfortable. They are easy to slip on and take off but don't feel like they are going to fall off. For the price they are a very good option.

Boots are sized appropriately. Although for the 11W a boot liner and boot sock might keep my foot in place. The insole is a little weak but a better insole will do wonders.

I bought these shoes so I could be a little fashionable while bartending. The shoes are amazing when it comes to comfort, size and stylish. But they crease very easily after wearing them for an 1hr, I noticed that they looked wrinkled(worn out), as if the material is a little cheap. I still wear them to bartend but not as often. I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

These are great for casual or not, they look fabulous, and the price is great. I bought them for my husband who is size 10 and has very skinny feet, however, he said they feel a bit tight on the tip of the front part.
