Product was estimated for delivery on June 7th-10th. Seller messaged on June 3rd to let me know details and that was nice touch. It was delivered on June 12th, so a bit late but not a big deal. However, items were missing that were shown in picture and description. Description included lights, remote socks and picture shows sprinkler system. None of those were in the box. The instructions are really bad and don't properly show connections and describes long and short screws both as short screws (numbering system was correct though). Overall it was not that difficult to install so getting past the poor instructions was ok. Messaged seller and I see other comments suggesting it is not what is shown so wanted to post this so other buyers would be aware of the problem. Will update if seller responds and sends missing items. Update : Spoke to Customer Service and the additional parts were sent in separate package. This arrived a couple days later. So, overall the product met my expectations

Great product- The company is very responsive and helpful! We had a game night with a group of people over. A younger pre-teen girl decided to hang on the rim of the hoop. It’s obviously not meant to be hung onto and the company helped us to figure out what we needed to fix it. It’s made super good! My 16 year old gets on there and plays baseball with 3 other friends. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get a trampoline!

We love this trampoline, we had a few hiccups in the beginning but the seller was great and fixes it right away...im coming back bc we haven't even had this trampoline a month yet. We got it April 24th and its now may 9th, so a couple of weeks and the bumper that goes all the way around on top of the springs has ripped. For the amount of money we spent for this, I don't think this should of happened, especially after only having it 2 weeks!!! I hope the seller will make this right...we'll see!

We've had a trampoline for years that we bought used. It was only weighted to 220 pounds. Which as the kids got older, became an issue for them and their friends to use. So, we got this one because our teenagers and several of their friends could all use it. And we couldn't be happier!!! They've had so much fun on it, especially playing basketball! It was fairly easy to put together, especially if you count the rings and springs as suggested. One thing I was a little frustrated about was that it didn't come with the lights, sprinkler, or socks. I contacted the company a couple of days after it was delivered to inquire about the accessories. I received an immediate response and was told those items ship separately and was given a tracking number! And sure enough, they were delivered the next day!! The customer service received is why I've been recommending this company to everyone! Customer service seems to be dwindling this day and age. So when a company provides excellent service, they should be praised! Thank you!

We've been very pleased with the trampoline. It's very sturdy, has a heavy weight limit, and the kids love it. During a recent storm, it picked up the trampoline and put it in our neighbors yard. It had bent poles and some missing parts. I thought we were going to have to buy a new one but after contacting the company, they just sent me the parts needed to fix it. And they wouldn't let me pay for the parts or shipping. Which actually happened twice because I didn't give them the proper list needed the first time around. They were very responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company and their offerings.

He comprado este trampolín y en menos de 1 mes ya ha sufrido daños. El juego es muy bonito y fácil de armar, mis hijos tienen 5 años y no pesan mas de 40 lbs. Dicho esto, las pocas veces que lo han usado dos de los tubos han presentado problemas, se doblaron y creo que es algo que deben mejorar en la aleación de los materiales. Ahora bien, mi intención era al principio devolver el juego pero me tome el tiempo y le escribí a DeepRoar y han respondido muy bien. Me han enviado el tubo que tuvo problema y cuando estaba armando me di cuenta que otro tubo esta doblado, lo he reportado y ellos vuelven a responder por el daño. El proveedor si resuelve. Lo único es que mis hijos no se lo han disfrutado por estos problemas.
