This bra is amazing. I actually sleep in it. My breast got a little bit bigger when I gained a little bit of weight and it felt weird not wearing a bra to bed but most bras feel terrible wearing to bed and so I would wear like a shelf bra tank type thing, but I found this and it is the most comfortable thing you don’t even feel like you’re wearing anything at all. I’ve also used it for going out anywhere. It’s got a good enough support. I wouldn’t do any running in them but for every day use yes work shopping etc. I actually plan to buy like two more of these they don’t hurt my shoulders. I feel they’re breathable they wash in the washing machine very well. I usually put them in one of those garment bags and then stick it in the laundry. I’ve accidentally even dried it in the dryer before if you’re on the fence just do it. You will not regret it. I promise. Size wise I’m between sizes right now because of my weight and I think I went like one up but it’s perfect because it’s got extra room for around your rib cage and they’re stretchy. I could’ve got a smaller size for sure, but it almost conforms to you and i don’t think it really matters either way if you’re wondering out of two sizes which to go with I think both of them will fit you ... show more

This bra is great for my tiny tatas! The have just a little lift to help, well not really help but it makes a flat chested furl feel like there’s a tiny bit more there.
