Tried several brands of oils. This is a great oil, have purchased several times. Repeat buyer. Have arthritis and herniated back with fibromyalgia. This helps with stiffness, ache, and tight muscles. I mix with a carrier oil adding to bath water or with carrier oil adding it to a liquid soap making a bubble bath soak. Products on the market expensive, you can make several of your own soaks and bubble baths for less money adding this product to other soaps, bubble baths, creams, rubs etc. Works great. I use products review when making purchases. Relying on other buyers so trust me I don't like buying something wasting my money if not effective. Would not recommend for broken bones etc but to relieve from aches stiffness and pain works for me. Long time injuries nice alternative to always turning to pharmaceutical solutions. Great in conjunction. Be careful not to get in eyes while in bath. Also I don't use straight i have sensitive skin. Not sure on product instructions on applying to skin but my rule of thumb is to always use a carrier oil. If you do not have any, olive oil or any cooking oil will work. You do not need a lot i mix about 3 to 4 drops to a teaspoon when mixing adding more to warm water while in bath as needed. Also great for colds and congestion. My 12 year old to rid of cough.

I have been using peppermint oil to relieve my neck pain with good results. A friend gave me an Amazon gift card and I decided to give this blend a try. Oh my goodness does this smell pleasant. I love the peppermint scent myself, but my husband groused about it. He didn't complain about this scent at all. As for the relief factor: At first I didn't think it was working, but after rubbing it in to my neck and shoulders, as a little time passed (ten minutes) it was a miracle worker. Felt cool and warm at the same time, and I felt the tension relax in my shoulders then the neck. Helped me sleep really well too. I bought three other Sun Essential Oils with my gift card and have been pleased with all of them. Big THANKS to the friend who gave me the Amazon card for my birthday.

Used today in a salve I made. I suspect it is heavily cut with some sort of carrier oil. I usually use Deep Blue, but was being cheap. Will not buy again. This stuff doesn't tingle the nose at all, doesn't pass the smell test.

This is a fantastic blend that really works. It's potent and the concentration is just right for providing almost immediate relief. I would have given this 5 stars except for one thing. When I received the bottle, about 20-30 ml was missing from it. It had not spilled in shipping, so I'm assuming it wasn't filled properly. If they get their packaging squared away, this is definitely a 5 star product.
