I have bulging disc from L-5 to S-1. I was skeptical at first and waited a few days after Receiving to to try it. It ready did give me relief and I could certainly tell a difference when I took it off. It is uncomfortable to wear but does give relief.

Cheap pump to expand back brace. The brace I use now which is more money and less bulky and works much better. This brace is not going to rehab as the video implies.

I have to admit that I rarely try anything as soon as I get it to the point that it may not be opened until the return period is over, Opps. But this device was recommended by my physical therapist so within a few days it was on my body and pumped up. And it worked. It was firm with out being totally unbearable, but still something that I have to get use to wearing. In Arizona we don't like to add anything to our body to increase the heat ;) so I've been using it for short periods and hopefully when Fall finally comes to my area I'll be using it more often. But it is something that I'll only be using at home, it's really not suitable outside of the house. P.S. I did answer a question about the length, and I was mistaken because it came with an adapter and not where you need to buy extra Velcro. ... show more

We've barely used this belt. Only during severe pain. It started deflating in about four months of gentle use. Very disappointing.
