This does glow in the dark. Before using test small area to see if it works correctly. If it doesn't then you may consider using a primer 1st on your object. I did not use primer and had to apply 5 or 6 coats before the glow. It applied good but can run of to much being applied. Good value for your money and very easy to use. LOVE this stuff. Used it to paint "stars" on my ceiling. Came out wonderfully! Make sure to shake the bottle real good. I had 0 issues getting it to glow, as you can see from the photos. Definitely doesn't dry clear, more of that murky glowy color. But worked out wonderfully none the less. Highly recommend! ... show more

The bottle I got was like cottage cheese not at all like a paintable product. Customer service said add water to thin out I did so still not a nicer spreadable product. I also had to add enough water the glo properties were diminished or watered down obviously. This product arrived in January possibly the cold & freezing weather was a factor during delivery. Left a painted kids Halloween costume in the sun to charge for a full day, the glow disappeared before it was fully dark and we trick or treated. Works like, “I’m under a lightbulb and then turn the light out in a dark room for a cheap thrill”, but not for any duration. Bummed, and my kid was bummed, we could have use the 30 bucks for the 2 bottles many other ways that would have been better. ... show more

    • With exposure to light, it'll glow well
This is glow paint that does need some exposure to light. It works well and glows for hours. I let a friend use it for his gun sights and he was pleased at how it helped with the sights in a dim or dark setting.
