Please keep in mind while reading this: I have terribly sensitive skin (allergies that make me break out in bad rashes on my skin, something I feel I've been fighting since I was very little with medication, skin creams, etc. etc.) and it's really hard to find products that work for me. I had been wanting to try out the Korean skin care routine because really nothing else seemed to be working, but I also wanted to keep to cruelty free products. After some research, I was able to create my own "Korean skin care routine kit for sensitive skin" and WOW, my skin feels amazing. Unfortunately, since I bought them all at the same time and started using them all right away, I can't attribute any one thing to keeping my skin feeling so soft, my pores shrinking, my rashes GONE, and the CONSTANT peeling on my nose also no longer being a problem. What I CAN say about this serum is that I don't know if it would be worth it without a full set. I've used a lot of serum's (Origins, Arbonne, etc.) and this one is probably the most liquidy I've ever used. It has absolutely no scent with is nice because perfumes can often sting, and it's definitely moisturizing. The bottle is pretty big for a serum, so it will most likely last me a long time. I wouldn't be against looking for another serum perhaps through COSRX or Innisfree, though. I love this so much. Great for all skin. Ot can be used alone to soften skin... but my dry skin wants more. It is one of the best products I have bought for my face. Not sticky, not greasy! I us it after I wash my skin, and then for added moisture I put on a thicker moisturiser. It really helps with absorption!!! My dry skin is so soft.

I used this product after applying toner, and really liked how it felt on my skin. It is water based and smells pretty good too! It is slightly sticky though let it really settle in before applying your moisturizer on top. It definitely hydrates my skin, but without moisturizing on top it does not really do much in my opinion when it comes the drier parts of my face. It is a serum afterall. Overall, I do really like this product :)

I love this. If you have acne prone or sensitive skin and you're looking to get hydrated skin, this is so nice! Most people recommend the drugstore creams but they just didn't work for me, and still congested my skin, so I avoided moisturizing all together. Even though I knew that'd be a disaster, I felt I'd tried everything. That's why I started looking at Korean beauty products. Using this in combination with the klairs wash and toner changed my skin. Even though the bottle is small, I'm about half way through it in a little over a month with generous use, so it should last me about two months, which for me, justifies the price tag. The amber bottle one is a bit tacky once it starts to dry, but after five minutes that goes away and it soaks in quite nicely. I haven't purchased the clear bottle one yet, but I will be once I run out. I read the new formulation was just as good or better. Will repurchase.

MY SKIN AND ROUTINE: I have combination skin oily t-zone. I use this all over face after toning and after spot treating with the Klairs midnight blue oil drops. Then I follow it with my preference of skin moisturizer. I wait 3 minutes between application. THE PRODUCT: at first I thought it was too sticky and too hydrating. But the more I used it (consistency is key) the less “sticky” it became. Do not be afraid. It’s odorless and it is hydrating and I feel it does soak into the skin beautifully. It makes me glow in a good way. Not the greasy way. I love this product. I started by using only one pump and now I use two.

I use this as a carrier for my face oil. I have dry skin and I need more balance. Using this water based serum with the klair’s face oil has been the best combo! It gives a perfect balance to not over moisturize my skin and also keep my face from drying out once I put on my makeup.
