I have a vast collection of RC. Planes, tanks, trucks, cars… you name it. This is a nice value for the money. It runs well, is fairly durable, and is a good looking Batman Tumbler. It’s also fairly fast and fun to run. The Tumbler steers by varying the power to the wheels and works quite well, including fast pirouettes, which are cool. :) Any kid, especially one who likes Batman, should be thrilled with it. I like this Tumber enough, I just ordered a couple more to spread the fun. :) Get one while they’re available. ... show more

I was a little on the fence on this one since the last few RCs from Spinmaster were so underwhelming. The first one I got was the turboboost batmobile from The Batman which ran like one of those old school Tyco Canned Heat (if youre old enough to remember those). The second was the one that looks like a Tumbler but if it were a sports car. To be fair, this one says easy to drive perhaps for a younger user so that they dont ram anyones ankles but it was pretty slow as well. Now, this Tumbler hauls. You will hurt someone if you hit their leg with it. In fact, there are warnings in the instructions about this very thing. I ran it over some 3 inch grass in my backyard and while it got stuck here and there, it is still a fun experience. One warning though, I ran it across my concrete patio and it shredded the tires a little (theyre plastic covered in what seems to be like pool noodle foam) so I would keep it off road or on smooth surfaces. Anyways I would highly recommend this one as I may pick up a second to mod with maybe some rubber tires and led headlights. This one is legit. ... show more

This is an amazing remote control Batmobile tumbler once again by spin master very nicely designed and detail wish it would have come with lights and sound just like the 1989 Batmobile this vehicle is fast and amazing I will be buying two more I give it a B+++*

    • It's fast... but the battery life sucks
This RC is faster than others in the retail market. It can match the speed of some of the lower-end hobby-grade cars. The turning is based on a tank tread mechanism so it can spin in place. There is a bit of lag to make sharp turns and there is a drift component, which isn't bad. It also makes similar sounds to the Tumbler from Batman Begins and The Dark Knight when drifting. Was skeptical about the price, but this is super fun! It flies! The tires are made of a foam like material making it easy for all terrain. Definitely glad I got this bad boy.

Very true to the movies. This is a cool toy. Pretty fast, or at least fast enough. Haven’t tested durability yet, but the controls and easy to use. Would be a cool gift.

“What’s that?” (Bruce) “Oh, the Tumbler? Oh you wouldn't be interested in that.” (Lucius Fox) I admit, I ordered this for my husband and he loves it. And even I think it’s pretty awesome. The look is fantastic and all the neighborhood kids love it too, so I think any DC fan would enjoy this toy. It really can fly and doesn’t flip over too easily.
