    • Solid Tool for the Job
This post-pounder was perfect for installing 2'lb u Channel posts, which are a hair above 3" in diameter at the widest point. The interior dimensions listed are accurate: this is very important, as often post drivers listed as 3" are measuring the exterior dimensions and will only fit a post that is much smaller. The build quality and angling for the handles worked very well. The lightly angled handles make it easy to spin the driver to give a slight angle if needed to straighten the post as you're driving it into the ground. This really is a helpful tool for tall posts or posts in inconvenient areas, both of which make using a sledgehammer awkward. ... show more
