I received the product and it already looked like it has been opened and everything was just thrown into the box. I installed it anyways and it worked good for about a month. Since it’s been a little over a month I can’t return the item and apparently Amazon can’t help me. I spoke with customer service and I was told they could help me if the product manufacturer can’t. Emailed the manufacturer and they replied asking for my order number. I reply back with my order number and they never replied again. Now I have a defective/broken alternator and wasted the money spent on this item on top of labor fees. At this point it is probably better just to buy OEM straight from Kia/Hyundai ... show more
