Good value for the money and it fits as expect and is easy to put on and take off. Like the quick release for the chin strap. My only complaint is that my black helmet arrived with a 1/2 white scuff mark in the top. Was able to get most of it off with cleaner wax but it’s still annoying.

This is a decent enough budget helmet, not overly large, and it arrived as advertised. I had originally purchased a Bell helmet, but after over a month of waiting, I realized it wasn't ever going to ship, so I opted for this one. I like the fact that it has a quick-release strap connection rather than D rings. The visor snaps on solidly. The fit is definitely tight for the size, but it did "break in" very slightly after a few uses, or maybe I just got used to it.

The reality is this.....like skinny jeans and spandex yoga pants, some things are just simply not designed to be worn by certain folks. I have a big XL oval shaped head. 23 5/8” in circumference. I wanted a low profile retro 3/4 helmet. I tried the Biltwell Bonanza, Bell 500 and the Sick Lid’s Retro. All fine well made, quality helmets but each of them made me look like an Apollo astronaut. I had all but given up until I had opted to try the Daytona 3/4 Cruiser. Depending on the make, I typically wear either an XL or a 2XL. I ordered both. I’ve found that most helmets are designed for round shaped heads. If you have an oval shape like mine, you’ll typically have an uncomfortable pressure point from the padding across the forehead. Often the only way to overcome this issue is to go a size up. In my case, XL to 2XL. Surprisingly, the Daytona XL fit very well with little kneading of the forehead pad with my thumbs. The 2XL was too large and shifted when I turned my head left to right. I kept the XL and sent the 2XL back with no problems. The Daytona Cruiser is well made, true to its low-profile claim and still fits comfortably well. The ratcheting chin strap is a pleasure to use over the common but cumbersome D-ring. I liked this helmet so much I bought two.

Nice quality and good price. I wear a size medium in all my helmets I have. Same is true for this Daytona Cruiser 3/4. Fits very similar to my Daytona Skull Cap but with the sides and back on this 3/4 helmet, it is pretty snug but not too tight. I also have a “SOA inspired DOT beanie, Crazy Al’s worlds smallest helmet”. The profile of the SOA inspired helmet is smallest. But both Daytona helmets are more comfortable and not much bigger overall. I am very happy with the fit, comfort and profile of this Daytona Cruiser 3/4 helmet. No mushroom head look with all 3 of the helmets I mentioned. The 3/4 helmet and the SOA inspired helmet have the best low profile for each of these types of helmet that I have found (3/4 and beanie style helmets).

I usually buy bell helmets, which are excellent btw. Decided to give this a try based on the reviews. Love it, fits my head much better and is more comfortable than my bell. This of course may not be true for everyone given head shape. I did go one size up to the large based on reviews, my bell size is medium. Glad I did fit perfectly and like the profile much better.

This is a nice helmet for the money and I appreciate the fact that it is smaller and lighter than most of the other comparable helmets. Unfortunately, the shape and sizing just aren't compatible with my head and there's no way for me to make it comfortable with the available sizes. Amazon and the seller were very gracious about accepting my return. As an aside, I wish the D.O.T. would come into the 21st century and get over their ridiculous requirement for 1" of styro-foam "padding" inside the shell of helmets. We have all kinds of space age materials available that they could use to make our helmets lighter and smaller and considerably safer than the relics we're still forced to use.

This helmet is priced right and fit me as comfortable as a helmet can. Wearing no helmet is the best fit, but I understand the head protection part. Only complaint I had was I had a visor/face shield combination and the "universal snaps" weren't very universal and blew off of my helmet while riding with it the first time. I had another visor/face shield which I put on and so far it stays on. Maybe it was the shield snaps, but it worked well on the old helmet.
