This helmet did not fit at the recommended size according to the provided sizing chart!!! You would need to order "at least" the next size bigger. This helmet definitely had the mushroom appearance when worn!!! Plus the helmet was a return "obviously" reissued in a box that was not the manufacturer shipping box. The helmet was loosely place in the box with out any packing material. You would be better off going to a local motorcycle store to buy your hemet and to have it fitted and also insure you receive new stock that hasn't had the potential of being compromised. ... show more

This is a nice helmet. It is pricey, so it should arrive perfectly packaged. There is no plastic wrap, no tags and the helmet bag has the string pulled out of it. The helmet was not even in the bag, and it is scuffed in spots. I have a big trip, leaving on Wednesday, so it may have to do, if I had time, this helmet would be returned today. The helmet is comfortable, lightweight and fits properly. My issues are with the shipper/Amazon, not Daytona. ... show more

I'm a medium and that's what I purchased. By all rights it fits perfect, however it is sitting on my ears and pushing them down to the point that I can't wear sunglasses or goggles. So weird, I've been riding since the late 70's and have over a dozen helmets and never experienced this before. At one point I had to double check that I might have put it one backwards. It's certainly not to big as far as circumference goes, it fits fine, it just drops way too low. I purchased it because I wanted a lighter helmet and knew that carbon fiber would be just that.
