They came very early and were very bright and easy to put up. However, after one day, I turned them onto Jump, where the colors flash, and then tried to click any other button and it wouldn't respond. I would click a button, and it would go to red, but then continue to flash. I have tried to get the battery compartment open, but a chunk of it broke today when I was figuring it out the first time. I can't get it open at all. The lights overall were great, but it said that you could cut them on a certain part, and they would still be fine, so I decided to cut them, and the rest of the roll of lights didn't work. I ordered 4 boxes of these! 2 for my one daughter and 2 for my other daughter. The first room went up fairly easily and stuck good and the colors are bright. Now the second room I did I had trouble with one strand sticking and another strand had some green lights not working. So I asked for 1 replacement box which they sent to me no trouble at all. I take them out today and there are only connectors on 1 side of each strand instead of both sides like the originals. Which was ok for the one section because I was connecting it to the end of another strand. But the other wont work because I had to replace the beginning strand which connects to a second strand but can not do that with this new one only having a connector on 1 end! So I contacted the company and explained what was going on and they offered to send me another box, this one hopefully with 2 connectors. These work ok for a light around the kids room but you have to buy better tape. the tape with these does not hold up well. i purchased some 3m tape to install.

I bought the lights Because I thought they would look cool. These lights worked great for maybe the first year, after that I started having a lot of issues with the remote. I changed the battery a few times but it didn’t help. I would have to get out of bed and walk over to the receiver just to turn the lights on and off which kind of defeated the purpose for buying them. I noticed that some of the blue lights would stay dimly lit at night after turning the entire strip off and then several lights on the strip started going out. I guess to sum it up, you get what you pay for. On a good note, I didn’t have any problems with the adhesive and the lights were bright af when they wanted to turn on. I personally would not buy this again, but if you’re on a budget like I was, then these lights will suffice. If you want lights that will last I would suggest looking elsewhere. ... show more

I admire everything about this product, but the remote has been giving me a few problems. The colors are appearing different than what i’m pressing on the remote. And when i watch youtube videos about it and when they say ‘turn it off and press fade 7 the lights should blink’, but mine dont bling. So now i’m stuck with led lights that dont change to their original color. (edit: so my remote is now fixed ! thanks youtube ! lol) ... show more

DO NOT BUY. Right off the bat, I read through the directions before doing anything and immediately realized in the booklet, it has you plug it up together, then start stick the strips to your wall. Didn’t seem convenient to me so I stuck the strips then plugged it in. Funny part is, after it tells you to plug it in, and stick to your walls. There is a box that says, do NOT plug into power supply before setting up the strip, so the directions set you up for failure. Not only this but THE REMOTE IS COMPLETELY DEAD. Does not work whatsoever, even with a replacement battery that I ran and bought. When I got home from CVS, the strip had already fallen off my JUST DUSTED walls, because the directions say it requires a clean surface. Overall lose lose situation. The installation was decent, but I wasted 2+ hours setting something up that DOES NOT WORK. I filed for a replacement and I will not be surprised if they do not work. Now that I am seeing all of these reviews in the PAST WEEK about how ugly the colors are. I will probably end up sending both back and getting my money back if even possible. I CANNOT BELIEVE AMAZON WOULD HIGHLIGHT SUCH A TERRIBLE PRODUCT ON THERE “BIGGEST DAY(S)”. ... show more
