These brushes were delivered to me early, and they are very good quality and easy to work with. They have lasted me a year so far. Remember to wash your brushes, because they might have a faint smell glue/ dye smell idk what smell it is, put it does go away the first time it is washed. I have ordered another set before, and it didn't have a smell, so it just depends. Regardless wash ur brushes. A tip would be to put a moisturizer on your face and slightly dampen the brush or spray it with a little water before using a foundation, for a seamless look. I use these every time for my face makeup and i have never, had a problem with seeing the bristles lines in my makeup, you just need technique. I got these brushes to paint on, I thought the gold would pair well with some blue. When I got them I was disappointed to find that they were more orange than gold which didn’t pair as well with the blue. Not very good for beginners but you can make it work. The variety isn’t that good but these brushes work amazing and are very durable and soft. I wouldn’t expect so much variety especially for the price so the price on these is actually really good
