I was looking for step ladder for my warehouse. My requirements was something foldable, with anti slip steps because sometimes I need to grab supplies very quickly and especially winter time when shoes could be wet, regular aluminium is very slippery, but with this one I feel very comfortable when I step step on it. This one was the perfect ladder, everything I needed was included. It is easy to fold and light enough to carry. Few things wanted to mention, safety hook snaps into place automatically, ones you fully unfold the ladder. Hand rails could be removed they are not necessary, if you have tight storage space you will be able to squeeze anywhere around your garage or shed space. It is wide enough to move around and do the job, also pantry pockets is nice to have, you can put screws or tools in there. Good buy for the money. ... show more

It was no difficult to assemble but when stood up is was woobly, legs uneven in opposite sides . I was able to fix it up by adding pieces of cardboard (about 1/4 inch high) inside the rubber socks on bottom of these legs to stop the woobling and now legs are even lenths and is firm on the floor. It is an object to difficult to return as it was all wrapped up in plastic.Please be sure you messure the legs properly before is sent to someone else that could get hurt ... show more
