I bought this recliner for the nursery for my first baby. I had specifics I was looking for in a chair and this seemed to fit all my needs for a good price! I had previously tried manual chairs and decided today electronic was worth it to me and also wanted a chair that both swivels and glides. Reviews of the manual version of the Suzy were good in terms of comfort and build quality and seems to have translated to the power version. My husband assembled it easily by himself. It's easy to recline and put back in seated position with just the press of the button, not too loud! I am not sure how the fabric will hold up to a baby and four very curious cats but it is very soft and the chair is very comfortable. I especially like the the arms are padded. Bonus USB port so I can keep my phone charged easily! Other chairs I was considering were over double the price so I am happy with my purchase so far! Although baby is not here quite yet, I've already spend hours sitting and napping in it! The only slight con is the chair requires a decent amount of space to recline so it can't be fully backed up to a wall or corner but that is very minor compared to all the positives! ... show more

*Review after 4 months of use* this is the perfect nursery chair! I spend hours a day in this chair for contact naps and can confidently recommend. Some things to know: - I am 5’9” and my feet do hang off the end when reclined but the back is perfect. My husband is 6’2” and finds it comfortable. And a friend that is about 5’3” rocked her baby and commented on how it is the perfect height for her feet to touch the ground while rocking. So I find the length/height perfect for a range of heights. - I have not had any back pain. The lumbar support seems adequate. The back of the chair is very tall as well so my head is supported. - the seat is narrow and the arms are low. I find it comfy and just keep a small pillow nearby if I need a little extra support under an arm when holding the baby. My French bulldog joins us on the foot when reclined as well. - I got the electric chair. Highly recommend. It is very smooth recline and has a charging port. You will appreciate the charging port when nap trapped haha - I have not attempted to clean in any way but the color and fabric have held up nicely considering that my dog tends to join us for nap time. - the rock and glide is a game changer for a baby that loves movement. I went back and forth on a recliner vs a rocker vs a glider. I would recommend all three For the price, I would say this is 1000% worth it. All of the other furniture in the nursery was second hand but I am so glad we splurged on this chair considering how much time I spend in it a day. Bonus points, because it is neutral, it will be great to move into our living room once it’s no longer needed in the nursery. World class recliner / nursing chair. I did thorough research before purchasing and I’m so glad this chair is the one I got. It is easy to assemble, quiet, and, at 21 weeks pregnant not hard to recline or un-recline. I have a toddler as well and she loves it. It’s beautiful and not too big or too small. It’s just what I wanted and is a fair price in my opinion. There is not a chemical smell at all which I greatly appreciate. After using this chair for 3 months straight with a newborn here is our honest review. The things I like the most about the chair is it is compact. This is a good chair for a smaller room. The chair is very comfortable. It can recliner back, swivel, and rock which is great for a nursery chair. We have taken many naps in the chair and it is comfortable enough to sleep on, however you have to be scooted all the way back and pushing on the foot rest with your legs to stay reclined the whole way because there is resistance when you lay down. If you have pets the fabric will start pilling quickly and fray. This is a review with a family with a cat and dog that constantly jump on it and claw on it. Even with all that wear and tear it has held up very well and i purchased a fabric shaver to try to remove the pilling and extend the use of the chair and keep it looking nice since its in the living room. The fabric is relatively easy to clean when our baby spit up on it, we use a handheld stain remover vacuum when we cant spot clean it. We got the white/beige colored one cause it matched our living room. I think it looks really nice and matched our other furniture. If you're holding a baby the sides are still low enough to where you will need a boppy pillow for support to be comfortable holding the baby or else your shoulder will get sore so it isn't super padded or anything on the arm rests. Sometimes it's hard to shut the foot rest after reclining I do wish there was something on the side to help close it. Otherwise, for the price point and what we needed this chair works for us and it's overall a great chair. For reference I am around 5ft 4 and my husband is 6ft 3, this chair is comfortable for a shorter person and taller person we were both able to fit and sleep on it when we had to. ... show more

Our daughter wished for this recliner for her new baby's nursery, and wow is it comfy! I'm not much of a rocking chair/glider person so it takes a lot to impress me and this certainly did. The fabric looks exactly like the image: a lovely shade of ivory linen that goes so well with her "cottage core" decor. It fit perfectly in the space for our granddaughter's room and was super easy to assemble. Baby girl is almost a year old now and the chair has held up very well considering it's used multiple times a day and night. My daughter attests that she's very comfortable nursing the baby in this cushy glider. It's a great chair for the money!
