Excellent book written specifically for the Canon 90D digital camera. Each chapter contains solid information, suggestions and tips to using the various features and functions of this digital photo workhorse. I was so impressed with this book, I purchased Mr. Busch's guide to my Canon 60D. Worth every penny spent! Bottom line , "YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND" without hesitation! ... show more

    • Still One of the best "hands-on" camera guides!

I appreciate that the book price was reduced by half. On the other hand, there were some errors in the book. Some of these were carried over from previous guides about other cameras. I don't think they are all that major and they were not that many. EX. It said that the screen was 3.2 inches in one part of the book and then 3.0 inches in another section, which is the correct size. I understand that the virus delayed release of the printed book for about six months. With that being said, I am still very happy to have this guide and highly recommend it to others. ... show more

Even for me with my limited knowledge of this camera, it made things clear to understand. Switching from 35 millimeter slide film to the digital format was complicated for me. This definitely helped.

Another excellent volume. My criticism is that it reads too much like a novel and doesn't follow the step-by-step approach of his works for the Canon 7D.

Even though I have the Canon 70D and was upgrading to the 90D I decided to get David Busch's book on the 90D. I am glad I did. It is far easier to read and understand over the user manual. There were a lot of new features the David does a very good job in explaining how and why to use them. David also makes his selections for various settings and the reason he did. I found this helpful. He also gives real examples of how to use the newer features - this was also helpful. ... show more
