Like the color. It has brass feet and a shoulder strap, which I like. The inside is gray and kind of plastic. Has some room. The phone pocket isn't large enough for my smartphone. I wish the handles would lay down flat. I love satchel bags, but when I'm moving I need that shoulder strap and access without stiff handles. The purse is nice, my grandmother really liked the purse, but the handle came apart. Can you send a pin to fix the purse handle? Would be a 5 but the handle came apart.
