The chair was super easy to put together- I think I assembled it by myself within 30 minutes. That said, the chair does not feel sturdy or high quality. I was careful not to over tighten or strip any of the bolts and screws, but the chair honestly feels like it will fall apart the instant you sit in it. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it HASN’T fallen apart, but it feels like it could. There are no ways to lock the pivoting arm rests in place so I am constantly messing with them to get them back to how I’d like them. The foot rest is a great feature, but again, doesn’t feel sturdy. The chair feels as if it will tip forward when using the foot rest (and yes, I double-checked that I followed the instructions on how to assemble the seat, etc. so it is facing the correct way). Overall, a pretty decent chair, however not as comfortable or high quality as I thought it would be for the price. It’s made of a lot of plastic parts. Generally comfortable to sit in for 8 hours (I work from home). It also smelled horrible upon unpacking and needed to be aired out a bit- most likely due to the fake leather material it is made of. ... show more

This chair is amazing easy assembly. It looked intimidating at first, but the instructions made it very simple. I’ll give the comfort level of this chair a 4/5. Which is a very good rating. The chair doesn’t feel cheap at all. I like the fact that it has a back massager as well as a stand for your feet as well as movable armrest all around. This is a great chair. I highly recommend this chair. Very good quality doesn’t feel cheap at all. Still getting used to it but feels great highly recommend highly. The only negative thing that I have to say about this chair which stopped it from getting the five out of five is I feel like when I am using the leg stand it is going to break so I’m really scared to use it because I don’t want it to break but at the same time I really want to get my use with it but oh well. ... show more

I like the appearance of the chair and how easy it was to assemble. But I’ve never been comfortable in it! I literally feel like I’m sliding out my chair because the seat part is angled and there is no feature on the chair to adjust it. You can only adjust the height and the backrest. Then to make matters worse my massage part of the chair broke barely 2 weeks in, it just stopped working out of nowhere. And while it worked It was pretty noisy. I feel like to spend almost $200 on a chair I should at least be able to sit in it without feeling like I’m going to hit the floor from sliding out. Or maybe I just got a chair that wasn’t manufactured correctly by this company? I will be reaching out for a refund or exchange for the chair ... show more

This is my first "big boy" chair and it's perfect. I mainly use it for study and gaming. Instructions were clear and simple and I built the chair within 30 minutes. I like how this chair reclines almost full 90 degrees, so I can lay down with the feet extender while watching movies. The chair leans forward uncomfortably and there is no fixing that, the foot rest only works if you lean all the way back in the chair, cushion on the seat and back rest ran down in less than a month an all I have left is the metal bars on the backrest and the metal plate on the seat, and I can't sit on the edge of the seat(where all the actual cushion is) otherwise my chair will lean so far forward that I practically fall off it. Armrests will delivered broken and that are too far down the seat to do anything. In order to use the chair properly, you have to constantly lean back like you are sleeping and have the back pillow at the bottom of the back rest to get any cushion. A $60 office chair from staples can last long and be more comfortable than this $200 mess ... show more

This chair is nice however it’s a little uncomfortable for me. The cushion is firm even after daily use for two months. The back and head pillows had to be removed as they stuck out too far causing hunching and back pain. The “massager” is a vibrating motor that is stuck on one side of the back pillow so only half the pillow vibrates. Quality is amazing the stitching and foam hold up but there are minor things I would have changed like having two different pillow sizes and better placement of the “massager”. As far as putting it together took me an hour by myself because the pieces that covered the springs on the sides didn’t fit and I couldn’t figure out why. Still not sure what I did to get them to fit right but they finally went on. Overall it’s a 6.5/10 it will last a long time and quality is good. Just not for me overall. ... show more
