So I would love something even smaller but this is as small as the technology is realistically getting, and it’s still very compact. The price is reasonable for the product and this is truly the best alternative on the market after a CGM. CGM’s however require endocrinologist appointments and Rxs which cost money on top of the refills for them are expensive too. I know I’m pre diabetic after a decade of continuous hypoglycemia. This has allowed me the simplest way to monitor my health, coupled with the informative app and basic medical research, to monitor and modify habits accordingly to maintain a non dangerous blood sugar. The app also calculates an A1C for you for free and is free overall, but that’s going to require you buy the monitor/tester (which you likely have if buying this product). This case makes putting it in my purse easy and to test on the go. This makes it easier to use for the app to collect data necessary for if you do visit the endocrinologist - it gives them something to go off of beyond just the A1C which can be normal but you still could be prediabetic etc.

Love this little device good for on the go and travel takes up less space. If you are new to checking your blood sugar it’s a good beginner device. It also comes with a app that will track your number to take to your physician

Love my new Dario. I love that I don’t have to carry around another bulky machine to check my blood sugar. Having this plug into my phone is great. The only downside is i wish that it had a better lancet release when done using instead of picking it off

Trying to carry around a test kit in my dogs satchel was just not convenient. This set up is compact, fits neatly in one complete unit that fits perfectly in her satchel. It is not always precise as I would get with my test kit at home but gets me close enough tovwhere I'm at so that I can act accordingly when she is signaling me.

I passed 50 and started having issues with my health. I was concerned with my blood sugar and I wanted an easy way to check it and track it. Something that I could do without having to go to my doctor. Basically, I wanted to confirm an issue and then work to try to fix it without having to do a bunch of doctors visits and different medicines. I started to collect my blood sugar multiple times per day and especially after certain meals. I started really managing it and seeing what certain foods would do to me. The app is great and allows you to see your trends and capture data about each of your readings. It has become another great tool for me in managing my health, rather than just taking more medicine.
