Update: while at first not being able to get a hold of the manufacturer, they actually reached out to me. I will say they perfectly remedied the situation and I will be continuing to buy products from them! Good customer service can be hard to find nowadays and they have been excellent. I highly recommend this product. As I said previously they work great and now I’m even more certain that even if they don’t it will be made right. Thank you for making this experience a good one! Previous: So far I have run into about half of the strips with the red line where I insert the strips into the machine. These strips do not work. Aside from those they have been great, but they are too expensive for a large portion of them to not work. I don’t have time to take these back to UPS. Hopefully this can be remedied. ... show more

    • Faulty strips, GREAT customer service!!
In my third box of strips there were around 20 or so ketone strips that gave the E1 error message. It was a bit annoying, however; I contacted customer service by email and they got back to me right away. They requested some info and some photos but they resolved the situation by sending me a new box of strips. They are coming by snail mail, but not a big deal I just had Amazon send me another box until those get here. Not sure if these other reviewers that said they couldn’t get in touch with customer service actually tried to. They got right back to me very quickly every time I correspond with them. Until CGMs with ketone capability become available in the US this is the next best thing for accuracy and ease of calculating your GKI. ... show more

    • Keto Mojo Test Strips help make the Keto Mojo meter more accurate than other glucose meters
These Keto Mojo test strips are individually wrapped and are now packaged in smaller packages that are easier to open. Smaller container fits more strips in a smaller area for better storage. Individually packed strips are more accurate than meters which use bulk test strips, especially for the glucose readings. Most handheld glucose meters are terribly inaccurate. The Keto Mojo is a small step up with room for further improvement... but out of the choices available today, it is one of the best meters currently on the market. ... show more

Thus far, the monitor, app, and test strips have been working well. I actually purchased this to ensure that I'm doing longer fasting safely (ie, a 3-day water fast).
