DE 2400 fence charger
Happy to find this energizer for a backup. Have one already and very happy with results

Gets the job done
The son and his wife have gotten into sheep and goats. They started out ill prepared, and supplied a cheap, inadequate fence charger to keep the animals contained at this end of the property. After a few rounds of chasing goats back from the neighbor's property, I did my research. 6 joules of energy, versus less than a quarter joule produced by the son's first choice in chargers? The goats have learned to respect the boundaries laid out for them. There are still a couple weak spots in the fence, but that is a separate issue.

Ouch
Yep, somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000 volts tingling up my arm despite the overgrown, blackberry encroached ranch I have. I needed something to cut through and deliver performance when I couldn't get out to shave down the weeds and grass. Works great. Animals respect it like all chargers. Still need to trim the weeds so check you later.
