Pearla is a sport-inspired waterproof walking bootie that's packed with performance features, including 3M Scotchgard treated leather uppers, a breathable, waterproof membrane, Cleansport NXT for odor control, and a Vibram rubber outsole suitable for both dry and snowy surfaces. Underfoot support is provided by a removable, triple density footbed embedded with Dansko Natural Arch Technology.

Absolutely loved this shoe. Great quality and comfort EXCEPT that the upper part rubbed my heel too much. For my feet it needed to be a little shorter or taller but for me it rubbed right at my bone causing pain. Not the shoe's fault, just glad Amazon has free returns. They look good, front not too wide, elegant rise in front like boots but low back making it easier to get on, almost like clogs. Pretty black suede and tight stitching. A little bit heavy, which is good for leg muscles. Soles Vibram, grippy but not jagged-lumpy. Go from airport to city hiking to trail without a jar, and hose them off afterwards. Only one thing to note. When I was a kid we got leather saddle shoes and they HURT at first. Had to be broken in! Even, sometimes, having to soak them and wear wet until they dry, moulded by this to the shape of your foot. This tough shoe (a three-season shoe, except midsummer) could benefit from such treatment. And when they are comfortable-- I trust and believe-- having worn Dansko for years-- they will last forever. ... show more

I wear the Paisley for work and love the comfort which I thought these would have. Same footbed but the shoe is very stiff which makes the ankle support uncomfortable. I do love the color.

First off I LOVE DANSKOS. I've got several clogs for work, sandals, dress shoes, winter boots. Never met a pair I didn't love. These are no different. The foot bed is very comfy. They look great. They run a bit large. I got them for glacier hiking in Alaska so I'll probably wear at least two pairs of socks (I'm a huge baby if my feet are cold) so it won't be an issue. If I bought these for wearing in a warmer climate - I would consider returning and sizing down. Love them! ... show more
