Comfortable and warm. It does have high arches inside (which do not bother me) so if you do not like a lot of arch supports these may. Ot be the shoes for you.

I have many pair of Dansko sandals, booties and boots and I am always a 7.5-8 and these are no different. I am an 8 in all other shoes/boots. These are so darn cute, excellent quality and look and feel like they will last a very long time!! They have very good arch support and great traction! They will be great for our icy/snowy Wisconsin winters!! I got them for $121, down from $199, a great deal! Wish they had more colors! Dansko used to have a color, redwood, which was a beautiful brown with a hint of red. Can't find that color anymore? I’m returning as I found these elsewhere for half the price. I like that these are water resistant and expect these will provide the usual Dansko comfort. These are clunkier, but not in a cool way, than I had hoped for and the lining is far from shearling plus I am used to but these are practical for snow. ... show more
