This is such a simple thing but so handy if you make bread. It mixes flour and water better and more quickly than my hands or without the fuss of setting and cleaning up a power appliance. I don’t have to wash my hands afterwards or use a plastic glove. It is sturdy, about as long as your forearm. As quickly as it mixes it cleans up even more quickly with a swish or two in warm soapy water. I wondered why so many are sold. Now I know. You should only ever need to buy one of these for your own use. But it would make a nice gift for a bread making friend. For people who don’t like to get their hands covered with sticky bread dough it’s a no brainer.

I use it all the time. It holds up to sourdough, rolls, and all the breads. I dont like how water gets down into it from the opening. But as long as you are cleaning and drying properly this is a fantastic find.

Didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It's a great whisk for batters that are thick. Blends all ingredients without getting stuck in the whisk. I'm so glad I bought it and highly recommend it. I have arthritis and needed a tool that helps instead of hurts, and this is it!!!
