Great tool for cutting butter into flour and mixing stiff dough! Very sturdy, easy to use and shortened the time needed to combine ingredients. I usually have a more difficult time cutting in butter using standard pastry tool. This tool works better for me. I was able to get the butter down to pea sized crumbs with reasonable effort. Keep in mind, I do grate my butter into the flour to start. Hand wash immediately after use and you won’t have a problem keeping it clean in the nooks and crannies. ... show more
