    • Quality and lightness at a good price
I was drawn to this tent by its simplicity that you get with a single pole. At first i thought it had a pole in the center of the doorway but that was actually the mesh line. I found that the A frame at the front to be a real bonus as i can reach round and grasp the pole if i need support as i enter; with lifelong balance issues this is a real bonus. The doorway is easy to step through as it is nice and high so no ducking. Lots of space inside for me and my pup. As i have got older i have found that i need more room to get things done while camping so this tent really does tick all the boxes, everything can be done inside if the weather is wet and stormy. Plenty of guy lines so this tent does not move in strong winds! My only thoughts are stronger pegs for the guy lines and a diagram on the inside of the carry bag showing how to fold and pack this tent down so it fits easily. Otherwise perfect =) ... show more

    • Mine wireless out in 6 months
I've had mine about 6 months and im already having to replace it. Its not a canvas material. Its the same flimsy plasticy material all cheap tents are made of, and water seaps rights through. Plus, it rips extremely easy, such as with wind blowing it around. It really needs a sturdy, heavy rain fly to go over it, and that might extend Its life longer. To be fair, i am a fulltime vanlifer, so my gear gets almost continually use. ... show more

Update: Ive had this tent set up since 09/2023 and has weathered well and withstood several 60mph torrential rainstorms here on the Big Island. The exterior faded a bit during the last 1 1/2 years, and had to replace the rainfly and awning for the front entry, but the tent itself is still waterproof and still doesnt leak. Definitely worth the money. This tent is great for the most part. It held up during torrential down pours. No leaks! During 50mph wind gusts in Hawaii the guylines kept the tent very stable. Additionally, I also had the rainfly, the arch cover for entry and an additional canopy installed over the tent as well as place it on a platform above the ground. It fits a full side mattress, 2 low side tables, and 3 drawer plastic dresser easily and leaves plenty of room for walk around. The only cons I found were the following... The setup was a bit tedious if done by only 1 person and it is hot inside during the day but if you have a good fan to circulate the air then it is quite comfy. All in all... Its a nice tent for glamping for 1 or 2 persons but any more people than that it would be a bit cramped. ... show more

I ordered this tent as a chance. It was advertised as used. When it arrived, I opened it up expecting the worst possible scenario. To my surprise this tent looked brand new! It was in the original tote bag. The tent looks as if had never been unpacked. The shipping box looks like it wasn't the original box. This is the first time I have perchance used. The tent itself is a nice tent. Took me awhile to set up first time. But did it by myself. Light weight tent stakes, nothing new. Poles look good, all metal. Fabric is light. Time will tell. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I sure am glad that I had someone help me set it up, because it's the type of tent that once you set it up it's going to stay up.
