This is an amazing product! I have very little eyelashes as I am 71 years young. I have tried every kind of mascara from expensive to cheap and by far this is the product for false looking lashes of your own. I look 20 or more years younger and have been stopped by strangers to say what gorgeous lashes I have. Great product will buy again and again. Easy to use lasts all week ! Bravo!!!! ... show more

I've used mascaras with this two step type tube before and I'm not a huge fan of it. The step one part leaves what I would consider a typical amount of mascara on the brush. Using the step 1, it applies nicely and isn't clumpy or anything. Step two essentially is like the tube doesn't scrape ANY of the mascara off and the brush is practically dripping. I don't really use this step, as even though the mascara itself isn't very thick, it still leaves all my lashes sticking together after application. It works better just to do step 1 twice. The result is nice looking lashes that aren't stuck together. As far as lengthening qualities, I don't think it performs any better than any of my other mascaras. Regarding the waterproof quality, this seems to be where this mascara falls short. The structure of my eyes has always left me prone to my mascara ending up under my eyes in some way and with age that has gotten worse. Usually, a good waterproof mascara solves that issue, I guess because it holds up to any of the oils from my face. After I go for my afternoon run/walk and I'm kind of hot and sweaty, there is definitely a light film of mascara under my eyes. Not as bad as some, but there is still some there that needs to be wiped away with a tissue. I think maybe if I didn't walk and spent my day in the office, it would probably be fine. I was going to rate this a little more harshly but I see that it is a relatively inexpensive mascara, so I think for the price point, it's pretty good. ... show more

This mascara really does thicken and lengthen. Like some of the other reviewers I found the second step resulted in goopy clumpy lashes, so I skip the second step and just do the first step twice. It doesn't end up under my eyes *too* bad, but there is a little bit at the end of the day. The lashes still look great after 12 hours, though. A great low price, too! ... show more
