Love this board. No problems with it after using it often for a few months. Only one problem with this purchase is that paddle doesn’t hold for a tall height very well, it slips down. But as far as the board goes, love the design and portability. Stability is great, quality is great.

I'm a little disappointed in the durability of the board as I have used it approximately 6 times a year over the past two and a half years, only to have the seam on the right bow section blow out. The board was left inflated on the water during rain and mid 80 degree temps. My prior board lasted ten years under the same kind of annual usage before blowing a seam, after having gone through fin and deck separation repairs.

Update It’s a year later and I kept this in its bag over the winter and it’s nice , no degradations . I didn’t think I’d like cruising but this board is great two adults can sit and paddle comfortably. I’m very pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to paddle, even into the wind, with over 300 lbs on it. I had a 2 person kayak and I like this much better, it’s more comfortable, easier to paddle, transport and store . I wish now that I’ve had it awhile they made a sailing rig of some kind for it . But I think that’s a different boat. It’s been a very pleasant surprise overall. The rest of this is my original review . My advice is buy it or another one like it. I’m getting another one but I’m shopping for something with a sail, not windsurfing, sit down sailing . I am a lifetime surfer but new to SUP and I never even heard of an inflatable surfboard till a couple weeks ago, now I have one. My daughter and I easily max out the weight limit and are having no problems paddling around on it and holding hands helping each other learn to stand. It maneuvers fine and it’s easy to inflate in my opinion. The shoulder strap is a good feature. I like it so far! Stability is hard to rate and I found standing on the board much harder than I thought it would be. That’s not a reflection on the board. One gigantic benefit for a novice and an old guy like me is it’s soft! Learning means falling and banging onto a hard board would really be killing me I’m in my 60s and arthritic. I can fall on this board or drop hard to my knees or rear NP! Big big selling point! We are on our third session and we’ll on the way (I think) to standing and paddling. Customer service IS responsive don’t believe the review that says they are not there. I’ll update in the fall when I put it away. edit sept 25 Love this. If it lasts a few years, which it looks like it should. I was ready not to like this but I actually love it. I was in the water a couple days ago. I can paddle it up to the surfing area at my beach which is over a mile. You can take someone along with a spare paddle sold separately, which i recommend. It’s hard to blow it up to full pressure, which I really have not tried to do it’s not necessary. It’s crazy fun and it’s especially good because it’s soft. Don't worry about performance surfing and all that, if you get do good at it you can but a hard board later. If you want some fun and get out on the water I recommend this 100 %. EDIT I still like it though I keep trying to glue the Carry handle back on that tore out on one side . I’m going to get another but solid . I found I couldn’t surf effectively as it’s too difficult to stand in surfing conditions especially trying to take off. I’m thinking the solid board would be more stable for surfing.

Well with mild usage over 4 years this paddle board lasted. The third time we took it out this spring summer it started to delaminate around a couple seams. One of the bubbles popped. Got my usage out of it for sure. Golden retriever paws and claws jumping off and on probably did not help.

This is the second board of this style I’ve purchased but my 5th Dama board. Absolutely love everything about these boards, style, cost, portability, and durability. I’ve had my first board for almost five years with no issues at all. Love love love. Get one now, you won’t regret it.

We bought 2 of these to replace our Tower boards that worked just fine and still do. Only replaced because they were 6 years old, and we knew they were getting to an age where issues might occur. Have always stored boards in the garage and made a point to keep them out of the sun. Took them out over the 4th and left inflated in the garage as we normally do. One of them decided to explode and deflate. Talking with customer service I was told to patch it and it will be fine. Per the support person “ Hello, the generation of bubbles on paddles is a probability issue, not all paddles will produce bubbles;”. So basically the company expects a percentage of their boards to have issues. Looking at amazon reviews almost 10% of the reviews are 1 star and all seem to have issues at the exact same locations. When I pointed this out to customer service rep, I was basically told to have a happy life. They “warranty” their boards for 2 years, but reading reviews it sounds like they will do everything they can to avoid replacing a board. I was less than a week out of warranty, so it is their choice not to warranty mine, however, any company that wants to build loyalty would honor something that close. The least they could have done is offer a coupon off of a replacement board, but no, just have a happy life. I will be going back to my 8 year old Tower Board and I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere too. Also, the paddles that come with the board are crap, they don’t stay where you put them, the plastic stopper in the end started to fall out after a year of use. Once this happens you can not tighten the latch enough to keep them from sliding/spinning while in use.
