Who knew such a small little thing would make the kids love the pool even more. Seriously who knew! Easy to setup and works great. I give it a 4 out of 5, but only because the water control level is little touchy to get just right. However, makes the pool circulate when on which is really nice!

    • Valve would not open or close

It worked for a few minutes and the pool actually started to cool down. When I tried to close the valve a little more it would not close. I took it off and tried with all my strength and got it to open all the way but no matter how much I tried I could not get it to close. I tried wrapping a rag around it and using some channel locks but that didn’t work. I eventually gave up with the rag and probably messed it up beyond return. Love this easy to assemble PVC type fountain. It makes a great soothing sound, is fun for kids to play in and had been durable. It is flexible and multiple joints move if someone bumps into it with a raft it's no big deal. A really easy add to our in ground pool. The media could not be loaded. Very easy to install. Took about 5 minutes. We have a 35,000 gallon in ground pool with a Century (1week old) 1 horsepower motor. In the provided video you can see the 16-18 waterfall. This is full blast. No matter how I adjust it, it gets no bigger. It does make the waterfall noise we were looking for as we sat on the patio, but the waterfall is definitely underwhelming…. Or at-least for us. So we’re not thrilled, but not completely unhappy. Just wish it was a 10 foot waterfall. If I could give a 2.5 stars it’d be more accurate. If someone knows how to get the spray higher, I’ll be happy to increase the stars. But in the end, for us, just underwhelming. ... show more

I got this product so I could cool down the overall water temperature. With our recent heatwave, my pool water was not satisfying due to the warmer temperature. I changed the hours my pump was running to very early mornings, to take advantage of the coolest temps. Water temp dropped just after 2 cycles; leaving me with a cool, refreshing experience once again. I have a pool that is 11,000 gallons, it is 54" deep on one side and 16" on the other side, roughly 17 feet by 16 feet each side. Our pool was at 85 degrees before installing. It has been installed for 5 days now and the temperature has been around 79 degrees. Not bad. I would recommend this. Temperatures here in South Texas are averaging around 101 degrees or better. ... show more
