A few years ago, I discovered skin serums that give you a pretty glow. It was a high end (and high priced) product in a beauty subscription box. I loved it, but I couldn't justify the cost for such as small bottle. I found a decent, cheap version, but in addition to the glow, it also gives a shimmer, which I don't always want. This product leaves a great glow without the shimmer. Plus, it's a large bottle and should last a long time. And the price isn't too bad, so I can see myself ordering this again. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin either.

I have combination skin that means oily in some places and dry in others. This moisturizer is THICK and it works wonders in my dry spots, but it was causing breakouts in my oily spots when I used it as an all over moisturizer. Once I started using it as a spot treatment moisturizer instead—using this in my dry spots and a lighter moisturizer in my oily spots, it had been very helpful. I think it your skin leans dryer, this could be a very good all over moisturizer for me. I loved the dewy look that it gave to my skin.

This moisturizer is odd from the get-go and while I'm on the fence for personal preference, it's not bad overall if you're okay with the price point. The formula is thick and hard to pump at first. After you get the air out of the tube it is easier, but you will definitely need 2-3 pumps to get decent coverage. The smell is like cocoa butter and summer. It's very light but present and while I'm not fond of the scent, it's not the worst thing to deal with during application. The thick formula makes spreading the product hard as it seems to absorb super quickly, which isn't a bad thing, but it seems kind of dry, so you almost feel like you're not getting any product rubbed in. This doesn't make it a bad product, just one I would not normally reach for. It does seem to offer hydration for quite a while and my skin feels nice with it on. The ingredients are nice for various skin types.

I really like this moisturizer! At first I didn't, as I didn't apply enough of the product as this doesn't have as much "spreadability" as some lotions do. I applied four pumps the next day and that covered my face, neck, and decolletage. The lotion has no scent and at first it feels a little heavy, but then it melts into the skin with a silky softness that I positively associate with creams that have a high level of niacinamide. After a minute my skin develops a glowy and healthy look with a natural finish. My dry/combination skin feels well hydrated and plumped, but this does not cause congestion around my chin and t-zone! I am 100% pleased with this and I would absolutely buy this again. I feel confident recommending this, especially for anyone who appreciates the results of using Niacinamide. At 40+ years old, with a Scots-Irish complexion that will not tolerate Retinoids, I have found this (along with Vitamin C) to be the best anti-aging ingredient for me.

Packaged nicely and securely in a large box. Outer bottle design is very pleasant to look at, especially since it is a larger bottle that will probably sit on the counter for a while. Thick and creamy product with minimal scent (might be a small amount), but not greasy! Pump works well. I'm mostly using it as a lightweight moisturizer before applying another, thicker layer. This product has a seal on the top of the box but is easily accessed from the bottom. There is no seal on the bottle and you can open it by unscrewing it. So you really have no way to know if it was tampered with or used prior. The bottle is pretty but basically a double layer of plastic. I don't need any extra plastic taking up space. The slender bottle inside the plastic holds a decent amount of the moisturizer. It is a thick cream that you have to pump out because it doesn't come out otherwise it is so thick. It does moisturize your skin. It has a light scent that basically disappears fairly quickly so it won't compete with your other scented products. It rubs in quickly and leaves you with a slight feeling of something on your skin. But it is a rich moisturizer. Some may want to use this product only in the evening. It is perfect for environments where it's winter and the heat is on. For here in Florida, I probably won't ever wear it during the day. Overall, it's a pretty good product but it needs some safety features and to reduce plastic waste.

This hydrating moisturizer from Virginskin is lovely! It doesn't take much of the rich, creamy lotion to cover my face and neck. I find that my skin feels instantly moisturized and the product doesn't just disappear. There is a light emollient and protective layer that has lasting power but doesn't really feel greasy. I apply it at night and my skin still feels great in the morning, which is unusual in my experience. When applied in the morning, it makes a good base for my makeup and my face still looks and feels great at the end of the workday. The ingredient list includes everything we need such as peptides, polyglutamic acid, and much more. I loved this product immediately and prefer it over much more expensive but similar skincare products I've tried. I'm really surprised by the low price for the quality and that's something I never say. I'm a fan!

This is a rich moisturizer that absorbs in well, leaving my skin feeling soft, smooth and moist. I don't think it has added fragrance, but its scent, which maybe comes from lavender extract, is stronger than I would like. It's not a heavy scent, but I prefer little or no fragrance, and of scents lavender is not a favorite of mine. If you like skincare products with a medium level of scent, this is a great facial moisturizer.
