The material is smooth and the graphic picture is clear and very cute! The compartments are deep and fit my laptop charger on the outside front zipper. It's lightweight and very girly to give a mundane computer a cute look. It has a nice soft, secure strap that can be taken off if preferred. It's lightly padded and has a zipper closures.
