At first I thought the position of the dummy was weird but once u get it it's the perfect position to mimic having u in side control, have you in close gaurd, have you in mount and have you in backpack. I like it. It’s even better than I expected. Wow. I am tall so I contacted the seller and they did the size I asked. No extra charge. This dummy feels realistic. You can put it in many positions like turttle and it stays in that position. It doesn’t collapse under pressure. It moves, bends if you do an armbar from mount but it gives you the right amount of resistance. I tried a rear naked choke. Felt good. Good product. Worth the money. It is a good product , it takes up to 7kg of fabric to stuff it, it is light and firm. I definitely recommend it. Maybe if you want to put a gi on it, do it before stuffing it. He is taller than me haha

Excellent training tool. I try to training with “Georgie” twice a week. That’s on my days off from the gym. He never complains and is ready to roll anytime. Almost a year of use and he never tapped once. He’s filled with rags and weighs 50 pounds. I bought him his own Gi. Order him an A3 Gi. I have him stuffed into an A2 now. It took 2 people to wrestle him into the A2 Gi. He’s only 5’9”, but he’s “thick”. Order him a Gi suitable for a 6 foot, 200 pound guy. Don’t tell him, but he’s getting his first stripe on his white belt! He’s valuable! ... show more

used poly fill and a cut up bed foam mat, 10lbs fill and close to another 10lb foam. stuffing it is a job but makes a quality dummy done right
