I recently got a Select Jazz D7M Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece, and I tried to use the reeds I had been using on my other mouthpieces, but realized they were too hard for me on this mouthpiece. I ended up purchasing some Select Jazz 2H Reeds, which were still a bit too hard, and finally got the 2M reeds, which were perfect, while the strength is up to the player, these reeds have great sound quality and are easy to play. Would recommend.

I've been playing on synthetic reeds for the past 10 years. When my brother suggested that I try these cane reeds. They're some of the best reeds I've played on in a long time. They sound great, long lasting, play well and cost less than synthetic reeds. SOLD!!!! BTW be sure to pick the right strength for comfort and best performance!

trash. these used to be somewhat inconsistent and had a fairly short life, but they worked more often than not. now they are completely unreliable, and if you happen to find a good one you might get a couple of serviceable hours out of it. congratulations d’addario! you took a pretty good product and turned it to absolute garbage. this seemed to coincide with the recent greenwashing of your packaging. minus 2 (-2) stars is more appropriate than the one star i am forced to click

Very good redesign!

The reed table is the most crucial part of the reed. By removing the brand stamp from this area (the reed table), and transferring it to the top of the bark, the new reeds have a way better seal than the previous version. Good redesign!
